Born and raised in the US
A graduate of the Ballet Academy in Sweden with further training as an actress in Los Angeles.
She played one of the leading roles in the Swedish production of the musical “A Chorus Line”
and was one of the original members in the popular show group “Kicks”.
She has performed on the stages of many prestigious theatres and clubs
in Sweden and has released a solo album.
She has also hosted TV Scandinavia and she interviewed
Julio Iglesias, Ozzy Ozbourne and John Travolta!
Helen can often be heard and seen in corporate and internal education films,
as well as radio and TV commercials.
